Meal plan adult Rs 1200/- per person per day

Meal plan child Rs 600/- per child per day

Extra bed adult or child, same rate: Rs 800/- per person per day

3N4D non skiing Rs 13999/- couple

Inclusions : Accommodation in studio on double occupancy for 2 persons, non alcoholic welcome drink on arrival, all meals, all taxes; check in 12 noon; check out 10 am; meal plan starts from lunch at check in and ends with breakfast on check out day . All other facilities will be charged at extras apart from those mentioned in Inclusions.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Check in and check out times 12 noon and 10 AM respectively.
• APAI: American Plan, per day All Inclusive on package: Includes accommodation in studio rooms for two persons on double occupancy, one each of bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner and all taxes.
• MAPAI: Modified American Plan, per day All Inclusive on package: Includes accommodation in studio rooms for two persons on double occupancy, one each of bed tea, breakfast, lunch OR dinner, evening tea and all taxes.
• Pickup & drop and Sightseeing will be charged as per actuals
• STD/ISTD/Local Calls, all extra orders, and the Laundry bills will be settled individually at the time of Check out
• The Booking / Reservation shall be confirmed from the corporate office after the receipt of full payment in advance. A Confirmation Voucher to that effect will be issued to the guest. A guest arriving without a confirmation voucher will not be guaranteed accommodation and will be charged as a walk-in guest.
• Any additional night will be charged on pro-rata basis.
• Check outs earlier than scheduled will not be refunded.
• Resort management is not liable to refund of skiing charges booked in advance if skiing is not conducted due to lack of snow.
• Management at Clifftop Club is not responsible for accommodation at Joshimath if guest misses the cable car to Auli; however, all due assistance will be provided in providing suitable accommodation if required, the cost if which has to be borne by guest.
• No shows will be charged at the rate of one night on the plan booked.

Cancellation Policy

• 90% amount room rent / package cost refunded before 30 days of arrival date at resort.
• 50% room rent / package will be refunded 15days of arrival date
• 25% room rent /package will be refunded 7days of arrival date at resort.
• No refund in any case for cancellation within 7 days of arrival date at resort.

• Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
• Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received.
